I filed a writ of mandamus for i485 a few weeks ago. All defendants have been served. I now need to file 'proof of service to the defendants' with the court. I am just a little confused & the online information has been just more confusing. My question is - Do I file the 'proof of service' document that the process server gave me or do I need to file 'proof of service' document along the with the summons and/or complaint too as 'proof of service'? (Note the summons & complaint is already with the court of course)
