My vehicle is non-compliant with respect to below ones: 1. FMVSS #101, namely: Instrument Cluster 2. FMVSS #138, namely: Tire Pressure Monitoring System For 2, I can install an after market TPMS as mentioned in this thread earlier. For 1, I can change digital instrument cluster display to show in miles/mph)(currently shows in km/h as per Canadian standards) But analog speedometer/instrument cluster only had KM/h . Will this be a problem? Is there any workaround? Thank you

In the same boat. MB canada replied same email that cannot issue compliance letter (or non-compliance letter). Please was anyone recently able get the compliance letter successfully. Also, I am in BC, so does anyone know what are the process to open small claim here? Thanks in advance!
