They prefer to travel in September instead of May.

I don't think it's a mistake. The medical showed an issue at first, but was cleared after. They don't want to start the whole process again. They just want to travel at a later day. Maybe in September instead of May. They would prefer to travel during September instead of May.

My wife I petitioned her parents to come to the US and they received a visa. They are required to travel to the US in May 2024 as visa expires. If they apply for a new visa, will they need to go through the interview process again? Can it affect their eligibility to come to the US? Travel for May is too early for them and they would like to travel at a later date. What is the process?
