I'd be concerned that the Ship Date is very clearly April 1st on the receipt posted here, so I'm not sure I'd agree. It seems that the bottom portion is what applies in OP's case (since it was sent via UPS). It says "The postmark date is the shipping date reflected on the courier receipt". 

I'm guessing this is regarding the new fee schedule, you'll be fine:
 

In case they do return it you could fight it and send it back in with a letter explaini g and a copy of your receipt and the picture with the date circled. 

You may be having another potential problem coming. Hope your card gets deducted, because if not, it's coming back to you.

It does not happen . But stop calling them . .you will know smoothing in less than 2 weeks. 

You will be fine for postmark date on the sticker . Call your credit card or bank and make sure they know payment is authorized and will come in

Hard to tell, why did you wait until last minute to file?
