My fiancé received a blue sheet R2-E after interview at HCM Consulate. The blue sheet said to gather and upload extra evidence onto the embassy website if your case is paper and K1 (which we are). We gathered and were ready to upload, only to find out the embassy website only allow upload 2 files, each files only 3MB. What should we do when we have more files than 2 and heavier than 3MB. If we cut evidences just to fit 3MB, than there is like no evidence left. Does anyone knows if we can summit numerous time? How should we do this? I called the number on the website numerous time for help but no one pick up....

My fiancé got a RE2 blue sheet after 1st interview & needed to include more evidence, including filling in Spouse Evidence Form. - In the Spouse Form, the part of each side's family tree - family relationship I have trouble answering. I'm the petitioner, my mum & dad got divorced 22 years ago, my grandparent from dad side is long gone, I don't know when they were born, and I lost contact with my dad, we didn't end in good term, so how do answer birthday section? Should I says I don't know?

My fiancé and I know each other for 4 years, we talked everyday, we traveled throughout VN and to Thailand. I traveled to VN every year, 2/year. We meet the elders on each side. We provided details Comm.Logs, Pictures, air tickets....we prepared detail evidence after engagement ready to show them during the interview - and they even deny seeing it, just take the copy for taxes We followed the list of documents the Embassy asked. I checked all the papers the Embassy send and no where they asked for a family tree form - except in this forum? what is a family tree form? why do one needed? and during the interview they didn't asked for it. if I understand previous common correctly, we need family tree form because someone introduce their children to my fiancé?

My fiancé in HCM just got denied in his interview and they just gave a vague answers saying we need to supply additional documents for them without saying specifically what. The blue form just said they don't believe we have a real relationship. Does anyone know what do we do next? Do we wait for the HCM Embassy to mail us a list of what document we need? Thank You
