    Edit: i forgot to mention that I showed proof of concurrent wire transfers from Ireland back to USA over the past few weeks which helps show intent. The only other thing we used was deposit payment for shipping company which shows intent to return. my wife renewed her driver license last year, that’s the only other thing I could think of that could show more intent than what you’ve laid out.

    Hi @nicwalsh most of the recent chats here are around IR-1/CR-1 spousal green card interviews but my interview letter was sent out on the 12th of the month in April for May interview dates alongside a few others and in May this was sent for people on the 2nd of the month for June interviews. I would assume that the EB3 visa interview letters are sent after the IR-1/CR-1 as they're lower priority in the scheduling prioritization guidelines.

    I'm more or less the same as you. The only difference is I placed a post it note on each piece of evidence/document and make a cover sheet for reference as there are a lot and it will speed up pulling them out for the officer.

    @mrev thanks for all the extra info! Could you give us a summary of what was included in your notarized doc from your mother as we're intending to do the same when we arrive back. "- A signed and notarized affidavit from my mother indicating our plans to stay with her when we first arrive"

    Hi All, I'm sorry you haven't heard anything but I have just received an interview appointment for 16th May (email just came through an hour ago). The Medical will likely delay completion but wanted to give you all an update. The day is not over so you may still receive your appointments yet!! We are an IR-1 application and DQ 13th March.     If you read the advice for surgeons performing these medicals, it specifically states for varicella that a verbal confirmation of having previously had chickenpox will suffice.

    I'm going to be using Careline International for this move. I previously used Irish Relo for our move from UK to Ireland and they were great. Decided to try a different provider this time out of curiosity more than anything. You will only pay about 60% of a full move if you use boxes only based on the current quote I received. Adding odd shaped items significantly increase the quote (almost 2x)
