Actually 13 yrs back when my green card process going on in India. Some one try to distract USCIS about my case . Just jealousy. I know USCIS INVESTIGATE THAT MATTER BUT I KNOW SOME HOW IT WAS HIDDEN INVESTIGATION.AFTER THAT US EMBASSY DELHI ISSUE MY VISA.i am sure that matter they don’t wana show . But if some thing wrong in my file from my Xwife recently I renew my 10 years green card green card they could ask me .

Thx for reply I recently renew my 10 years green card if some thing wrong in my file they definitely ask me .i this letter they give a right to appeal for more transparent .i am just curious it is just regular letter or standard letter they send every body or really some thing in my case they don’t wana share.

Thx for reply I am worried because I think my Xwife she could misguide USCIS or send any complaint etc. I don’t want unexpected question during N400 interview. Was just worried is it just standard letter or they specifically not release some pages in my case?during my green card issued USCIS already did many investigations may be that pages reflect that information.or this is standard letter.

Hi Sir I am going to file N400 .I am PERMANENT RESIDENT FROM 11 years marriage based.I want to apply N400 . Before this I request FOIA USCIS BECOZ I TJINK OR MAY BE MY XWIFE MISGUIDE USCIS .FOIA USCIS they send copy OF MY ALL IMMIGRATION FILE EXCEPT THEY SAID SOME PAGES .I am attached letter too plz guide me is it STANDARD letter or they DISCUSS ESPECIALLY MY CASE.thx

Sir traffic ticket in 2014 I don’t have any proof i was paid but I was paid and take classes becoz both ticket I had with in 2 month on my MVR SHOW MY LICENSE SUPERVISION. in 2017 I was hit front car but police both of us send court decided who is guilty but we Seattle I pay him $250 out of court. That not showing on my MVR. in 2018 somebody hit me and injured me not my fault but that showing on my MVR INVOLVES IN ACCIDENT INJURED BUT IT WAS NOT MY FAULT . Plz guide me how I explain

But should I mention on N400 about tickets 10 years back and 2018 accident I was injured and other driver insurance compensated me .

Sir I saw video an attorney was saying if you get 10 years green card with out second interview mean without removal of condition and divorce. Even you apply after 5 years rule On N400 interview IO can ask you evidence and it could be tuff …. It is very confusing every body dying no worries in 5 years rule. Plz guide me thx

Question in 2014 I had 2 traffic tickets in 1 month miner wrong turn .I payed and take class.my MVR SHOWS 2014 license supervision.according new USCIS instructions tell only DUI OR serious INJURY .in 2018 some body was hit me when I was stop traffic light I was miner injured.that incident also showing “involved in accident injury”I was injured I was innocent that guy was compensated me too. should I mention this or leave.

Time line 2014 10 yrs green card approves no conditional Gc. 2 kids born 3 year my consular processing then they issued me 10 years green card. i move to USA 2014 after 14 months living together we separated not legally.i change my addresses and update USCIS too. divorced file in 2019 divorce final December 2021. recently I renewed my 10 year GC i90.they issues next 10 year GC with in 45days now I want to apply N400 on 5 years rules.i am updated with child support. My concern I don’t have much evidence i have jointly only tax return and a joint car insurenc copy and both kids birth certificates. we divorced technically after 10 yrs of marriage plz guide me is it safe to apply N400 with 5 year rules?

Becoz sir I plane a trip and just saw my green card is expiring on end of June . But I am coming back on May 4. Tomorrow is my flight . It’s just family visit . Every body waiting but I am confused if I had problem to recenter . If any problem I can face I will cancel this trip.

Hi every body my 10 year green card expiring on June 30 ,2024 and I have to travel after few days and I am coming back after 45 days before my card expires. Right now i have very short time to apply for renewal and i90 stamp . My question is is it any risk if i m reentering US just 45 day before my 10 year card expires?

Hi everyone I need help I got 10 year green card through marriage now I m divorced. FST time I am travelling after divorce. Is it good to travel or any risk?I travel during our separation and during divorce process there was no issues?

hi i am a permanent resident from 9 years i got 10 year green card through marriage .i got direct 10 years card becoz visa proces take more then 2 years. i have 2 kids in this marriage .my question is after divorce is it safe to travel out side usa ? i travel 2 times durring my divorce there was no problem .fst time i am traveling for 1 month after divorce .i GC is also expiring in june.i will renew or will file citizenship .i have to travel in couple of days .thx
