So I got the Notice of Action after I submitted my AOS packet for my K1 spouse and K2 child. I made their online accounts on myUSCIS and immediately had an RFE for the for I-864 on both accounts. My question is do I send an RFE response for both accounts? Because they both have the same RFE, or do I just need to send one evidence request in one account?

I have a question if anyone can help me out? Does the federal poverty guidelines pertain to the current year’s tax return or all three years of income that they ask about. My current 2023 tax return, and the previous year’s 2022 tax return are good. I made well over the federal guidelines the past 2 years. However the year of 2021 I made under because of Covid. It was actually because of Covid and losing my job that year that I decided to take time off and travel. I went to Brazil and that’s when I met my fiancé. Not long after that I came back to the USA and got another job that pays me well above the federal guidelines. Do I need a joint sponsor if that one year about 3 years ago was under the guideline or is it based on the current year’s tax return when meeting the guideline?
