  1. Here is an update. She still did not receive her green card and her stamp in passport has expired. We all have received I-130 re-entry permits that are valid till end of June 2025. I have filed form I-90 (in June 2024) to produce her green card, but they sent me request to take her biometrics (this month) - her biometrics was already taken August 2023. That's crazy they want them over and over again, even if our green card is valid for 10 years and she did not receive it when we crossed the border first time with her. We are still outside US and planning to move before our travel documents will expire. I think I will abandon my I-90 and then I file it once again when we will be living in USA. I have read that she can board the plane and cross the border on her non expired travel document (re-entry permit) even when her green card replacing stamp has expired, is that correct?
  2. Hi! Last year at the end of April I sent my application form for re-entry permit along with my family. They collected my children photos and biometrics and reused mine. Since then I didn't get any response from USCIS. I have contacted support, but only answer I could get is that my case is under "normal" processing times. I am confused, because my previous cases were approved in quick time manner (like 2-3 months). Currently I am staying outside US. Next problem is that I was immigrating with my newborn child. She was admitted under NA3 category in April last year, but her passport stamp is valid till then end of April and she still didn't receive her green card. I was contacting USCIS regarding that case and tier 2 officer was supposed to contact me, but I didn't receive any call. I've heard that it can take up to one year to produce green card... I appreciate all your tips what I should do next.
