  1. hello.. we were dq’d on the 24th or april and someone else on the 18th of april.. no interview letter yet. for some weird reason they have totally changed their pattern that they have had for the past year. so frustrating.
  2. no! cant believe it… been dq’d since april 24th. and someone else hasnt either and they were dq’d on april 18th (though someone else dq’d on the 18th as well did get their interview letter)
  3. i know… i am trying to convince myself to accept the fact that it wont be in my inbox.. kinda like i had to come to terms with USCIS. i think i will have a break down though if i dont get an IL at the end of June.
  4. there are people on here DQ’d april 18th that havent received one yet. we were dq’d on april 24th and havent yet. looks like they are extremely behind. reported- *IL’s (multiple reported) sent out April 25th for those DQ’d mid-march to the first week of april. * 1 reported IL sent out in May 25th to someone who was DQ’d on April 18th * 0 sent out so far up until now for those others DQ’d April 18th and beyond. that being said… the next batch of IL’s might only be the rest of the DQ’s for april ?? but who knows.
  5. Hello all you that have been DQ’d in April and have not received your IL yet… I stumbled across a statistic analysis on the travel .gov website (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-statistics/immigrant-visa-statistics/monthly-immigrant-visa-issuances.html) and I don’t know if this is good news for us or maybe i am completely reading it wrong but they only have up to April 2024 issuances listed. Not sure if this means that they haven’t yet completed the May 2024 issuances and that means IL’s haven’t been sent for everyone that got DQ’d April 18-very very early may? Or maybe we aren’t far enough along in June for them to load the May 2024 statistics… or maybe this has nothing to do IL’s anyways 🤪 I am just trying to make sense of why we didn’t get our IL yet and why all in the same visa category that got DQ’d on April 18th didn’t get one but the one anomaly (reported on immigration forums) did. i know I should just drop it and wait but it’s just so strange ….
  6. Hi! Was wondering when they were sent in may? We were DQ’d April 24th and I know some that were DQ’d on April 4th got a IL April 25th and then someone DQ’d April 18th and didnt receive an IL yet. So just wondering when did they go out in may? If you have any insight on that 🥴 Thank you!
  7. Hope so… can't believe its been consistent and now this. So frustrated 😫
  8. I totally know how you feel.. Just can't believe its been so consistent and now it has changed... So so disappointed… the feeling of just checking everyday for an email and wondering when. Uuuggghh 😩
  9. Thank you very much! Appreciate it! Hope so!
  10. Hi, just wondering if the trend ever changes when they send out IL’s? We were DQ’d on April 24th and have not received our IL yet for our IR1. Just wondering if it is likely that it will be this week or next week or is it going to be the very end of June? Just have not heard anyone mid/end April to get their IL. Thanks for your opinion!
  11. Yes you can if you want to. We did it because we thought we would have the interview within 6 months.
  12. So strange... Can't believe it. Just had the medical... Thinking maybe today would have had our IL but nothing 😔
  13. Just cannot believe that it's been so consistent for some time and now it totally breaks the trend... So disappointing. Feel like we are back at the uscis stage 😭
  14. Is it an email through the ceac account or just in personal email account? Can't believe haven't gotten it yet.
  15. Hello, I-130 took us 13-14 months and we are now waiting for the interview at London embassy. Which was going quickly but now seems its unpredictable and who knows? When we will get an interview. On thing we did do is have all documents needed for the nvc stage required and to prove concrete steps to re-domicile ready months beforehand. So when we got our nvc welcome letter we literally submitted everything straight away and it all got approved within a few days. Then more waiting now for the appointment. We are ready to move now so as soon as the interview and passport back we are going. So you can speed time up kinda if you have all your docs.. But its frustrating waiting. I foolishly thought it was gonna be quicker and that is harder. So just figure it will be 18-24 months maybe cuz its always changing...
  16. Yes you are right! That's a good attitude! Thanks again for the info 👍☺️
  17. Thank you for that! That helps.. I stupidly thought I would get an interview end end of June beginning of July and kinda made life arrangements accordingly but it is what it is. Thanks again for getting back to me!
  18. Hope you medical goes well! Have ours on Thursday- though no interview date yet.
  19. I know that those that were DQ’d very early April, like the first week, got IL’s with the last batch that were issued out at the end of April (around the 25th of April) so do you think this next batch of ILs to be issued like around now, would only be DQ like a handleful of DQ dates from mid-april? Difficult to understand how they clump the DQs for a period of time within their issuing of IL’s that they give out 1 time per month. Sorry if none of this makes sense!
  20. Ps.. CONGRATS! Its nearly over Also, do you mind me asking what the date is in July? Thank you
  21. Oh wow! End of July! That is longer than I would have thought. I guess that answers my question about if any appointments available at end of June for us April DQs.
