    NYC filer here. USCIS website shows that only 30 days remaining for case decision but I have not been scheduled even the interview yet!!! Anyone from NYC with pending I-751 have better news?

    Thank you for the advice on contacting the local congressmen asking him to help expedite the I-751. I just sent them a letter asking for help.

    filed inside the 90 day window. My 3 year mark for conditional green card was complete on june 24, 2024.

    I filed in NYC on march 26 but haven't had my interview scheduled yet. Have been waiting for over 100 days now.

    Received the receipt notice and biometrics waived letter already. Still waiting for an interview notice -- i was hoping to get an estimate of how long it would take for march filers in new york city.
