    I filed my case in march 15 2024 and I’m us citizen. And when can I expect my case to be approved. My case is currently at Vermont service center. I would appreciate any feedback.

    So they can see letter under documents when they view my case

    I also did the typographical error form uscis told me to do that. And told me to do letter

    So I filled out 130 last month and my spouse is in India. And I forgot to add embassy where she like to be interview in question 62 a to c. But I have written letter explaining them where she like to be interviewed. Will this work. Because someone told me uscis will make me fill out 824 form after 130 approved.

    So last weekend I did I-130 for my spouse and she live in India and I’m US citizen and in I-130 I forgot to mention where my spouse would like to be interview for visa interview. and after submitting my application. I talked with live agent via chat who recommended me I submitted letter where she would like to interview. So I submitted will it be okay. And how long is waiting for the I-130 approval.
