    After nearly 1 year the message……your case is taking longer than expected……..it shows now 5 months! We filed on July 10 ,2023……..I understand it’s not accurate……but it scares me 🫣

    Thanks Eberechi……didn’t know that. At the moment I just have Panik…..😥 i know I still have maybe 2 months more…….it’s really hard to hold that……the last Greencard was 5 months with direkt filling in Frankfurt.

    Don’t understand……why 15-22 months? The website still says 14.5 month 80%…..or I am wrong?

    Best way to figure it out is to call „Emma“! since then on the Case-Status.gov Webside my comment is in Spanish 🙇🏻🤷🏻‍♂️ you get no notice from Uscis……anytime

    The server was down…….try it again now. My case was gone fore 3 days now……..🙇‍♂️

    I figured out in the meantime that my case is not anymore in Nebraska. They moved it also to Texas. My Progress stays nearly 11 Months now………your case is taking longer……don’t know what I can do. Texas is one of the slower ones……..all tell me

    Today the .gov side was showing 14.5 Months in my case……(IR-1)……was all the time 14 months…… no Plan B…….just waiting……..🫣

    Hi, my was showing at the beginning 10 months…..after 2 months my progress was….the case ist taking longer…… didn’t changed anytime 🙇🏻🤷🏻‍♂️ believe it will take the full 14 month…..

    Sending it online and got the "actively being reviewed" on the same day……🤷🏻‍♂️ now it is nearly 9 months……nothing changes 🙇🏻 status is since months……your case is taking longer than expected…….

    I started this thread after filing on July 10, 2023, and have been under active review since 10 July 2023. The initial four months processing time estimate passed after two months and now it is "taking longer than expected."since 8 months……nothing is changing 🤷🏻‍♂️🙇🏻🤯
