    My estimate for approval is jumping back and forward even in visa journey? it was at the beginning of August……today it shows the 26 of August…..🙇🏻🤷🏻‍♂️😮‍💨 how accurate is that estimate in visa journey? Has anybody experience? Just more frustrating…..

    I have had the same with the Canadian Police report. I lived there for 2 years in my live. This time it only was taking about 3 weeks…..but I remember for the first greencard processing it took forever. Believe it was taking around 10 weeks? So this time I started early…..still waiting to be approved 😮‍💨🙇🏻🤷🏻‍♂️

    I am always looking at this Hilitys website……there are some Oktober already approved? But that site only show IOE 09……… I need IOE9…….😵‍💫🙇🏻🤷🏻‍♂️

    Mine shows at the moment 4 months……..they all say, don’t give a dollar on it…….🤷🏻‍♂️🙇🏻 it seems pretty incorrect……. but I know exactly how you feel……. we will hopefully approved end of August……

    Same from me……seems the timeline is now 7 weeks over a year…….

    K3 is the 129f now.(?) We didn’t filed it , we both live at the moment in Germany……so it doesn’t really make sense the timeline for the 129f is in the meantime over 6 months anyway…… the K3 or 129f only make sense when the partner live in US…….

    @Eberechi well I have had 10 years ago the Greencard. Than we moved to Germany again…… ‘in that case you lose your status and have to give your card back…..what I did. now we are both retired and wanna life in the us…… so we filed the I 130 again last year……

    Still waiting…….don’t even believe anymore to be approved in August…..
