    I am in a similar situation, my spouse is an American and I am German. We lived in the US and then 6 years ago moved back to Germany and I formally abandoned my Green Card. Now we are looking to move back to the US and submitted a new I-130 in July 10th 2023 and we are still waiting for approval.

    At the moment is 6 weeks over one year, when every thing is okay,……but it could change each week……🤷🏻‍♂️🙇🏻

    @Lemonslice did you also travel after the approval? I wanna do that on Christmas…….🎄 see my father in law at 88! at the meantime I am not sure to get my visa before in my passport……

    Yes Website was going up……believe not the last time…..😪 on USCIS website they started a new Program with the I 131…..for families, maybe that is the reason 🙇🏻🤷🏻‍♂️ have to think about a plan B! 😢😭😭🥲😵‍💫 it is really a hard time…….
