    Birth certificate. Passport. Military records. Police clearance letters. Affidavit of support. Marriage certificate. Marriage termination documents. Proof of address and/or ID from your sponsor.

    Mine was over 9 months…….this case is taking longer than expected…….it was the horrible experience than it jumped up to 9 months! Showed all month a wired thing…..got approved with 3 month ! so please give no attention to that , is it pretty unclear ……

    Thanks all after waiting 421 days…….. It was a really bad time for me this time……. Just updated my timeline to help others…….more tomorrow

    Just got my I 130 approval PD July 10 2023! Wish all others also soon approvals……. Found the letter under documents…….(Nebraska send to Texas Center , see Timeline)
