update - My brother was not able to get a confirmed medical appointment. They told us he would have to get a letter to expedite. We went to our local councilman in NY, and after several meetings and calls his office wrote a letter requesting to expedite the medical appointment in JA. The letter along with going to the hospital each morning and standing on line for an opportunity turned out well. He did the medical and about a week later did the interview. The medical results were not ready when he did the interview so we have to wait for follow up interview ....haven't heard anything 3 weeks. Any suggestions or knowledge of next steps after this step

My family and I have been waiting several years for my brother’s interview date and we finally got it! Unfortunately, we arr not able to get a medical appointment at Saint Andrews until after the interview date. I’ve been reading the threads and I see folks talking about expediting. I called Saint Andrews and they are giving no indication of how to expedite. how can we expedite his case?
