My spouse and I are in the process of applying for a green card through marriage. She's on an F-1 STEM OPT, which expires in July 2024, and I'm a U.S. citizen. Our current challenge is the affidavit of support, as my income alone does not satisfy the poverty guidelines. We plan to include her income in the affidavit – she has a letter from her employer confirming her employment will continue after obtaining residency.
