I have been trying to find an answer to my question for days now, but so far without success.
Our case:
I (US and German citizen) have received a job offer. It is a 100% subsidiary company in the USA.
My wife is German and we also live together in Germany.
The company wants me to start in the USA on December 2nd.
My company has no experience with transferring employees abroad and is currently looking into hiring an attorney - but it's not clear yet and I don't want to waste any time.
Does this count as a short notice of position relocation (Exceptional circumstances) for the embassy?
