  1. Thank you for responding, so far I'm pretty close to the income requirements, but unsure if I will make it - my hours fluctuate at work. I think I will wait to analyze at the end of December. Do you know if my DQ date/place in line for an interview will change if I submit more documentation?
  2. Hello everyone, I need some guidance regarding joint sponsorship with the NVC and ensuring my application is complete for the interview stage. My case has already been documentarily qualified in early March, and I've recently reached out to the NVC to ask if I need to file a joint sponsorship due to changes in my financial situation. The response I received was: "To Whom it Concerns: This case is documentarily complete, which means the NVC has all the documents we requested. Your application is waiting for an interview appointment, where a consular officer will adjudicate it." I'm a bit confused about what steps I should take next. Even though I don't have an interview scheduled yet, I suspect it might happen soon, possibly in early 2024. Since I earned less this past year and want to avoid potential rejection, I'm concerned about which financial documents my beneficiary would need to bring to the interview. From what I've seen, applicants often need to bring their W-2 forms. Should we bring the W-2 that was submitted at the time we were documentarily qualified or the most recent one for 2024? I want to ensure everything goes smoothly and avoid any financial ineligibility issues during the interview. I would really appreciate any advice or experiences you could share regarding handling joint sponsorship updates or financial evidence for the interview. Thanks so much for your help!
