  1. It's means the same thing Looks like it. Fingers crossed
  2. Yes it's still showing At NVC. I'm choosing to hope
  3. It looks like the IR (family) groups received their ILs today. So fingers crossed we hear something soon. I'm DQ Jan 8 so hoping to be in this next batch.
  4. In the last few months the interview letters have come 3rd or 4th week. So let's see what happens next week.
  5. Hello, for those who recently completed their interviews, how long is the police certificate valid for? A year or two? Also has anyone tried to renew their police certificate with the during this Canada post strike?
  6. Congratulations to all who got their interview letters today. @AnnaSaluand @monk_yatso did you get yours too?
  7. Congratulations! Did your wife end up getting the vaccines or did she do the titre test? Also did she get the Covid vaccine as well? I am pregnant too so just wondering.
  8. This is different though. The H-1B is a non-immigrant visa. And if I remember correctly this was during Covid and the rationale was to ensure American citizens had enough jobs available as the pandemic restrictions were being lifted
  9. No, republicans have no problem with legal migration and green card applications. It's illegal migration they are concerned about.
  10. @panda the bbacklog in Montreal is at least a year long after NVC approves your documents. What is your country of birth? You might want to make enquiries about how long the wait time is there, before you transfer your case to Montreal.
  11. I am currently pregnant too and I intend to do the titre test to show immunity for the Mmr (the OB's already do a form of this to check for rubella immunity in your first trimester blood screening. They usually give the TDAP to pregnant women in the 3rd trimester so if she is that far along then she can take it. If not the exception will be easy to get. Hope this helps
  12. @EternalWaitSorry about that. Is your PD current? And have you reached out to both NVC and Montreal?
  13. Congratulations to all! @EternalWaitdid you get yours as well?
