Hello!
My fiancée and I have started the K-1 Visa process on September ‘22, and we are almost there! Unfortunately, after sending in Packet 3 to the US Consulate in Montreal in early February of 2024, we do not have yet an appointment scheduled, which means that we cannot schedule the medical appointment neither. We only got an automated email right after we sent the documents, and that was it. The original P3 instructions stated that it took up to 6 weeks after the initial P3 documents required have been emailed for the Consulate to email back.
So our question is very straightforward: When can we expect to have an answer from the US Consulate in Montreal? If anyone else is currently, or has been, in a similar situation, how is it going?
