  1. Yes, that’s what we did. Plus the state tax, plus a statement explaining the tax situation and the delivery proof of the taxes being mailed and received by the IRS but not processed. So sorry I’m just paranoid now
  2. Do you think sending the 1040’s for 2023 and his state tax is okay? Because we paper filed them so IRS hasn’t processed it (they did receive it and we. Did send them screenshots). Im just paranoid because RFE has been denied and resulted in the application being denied so im worried.
  3. Hello, I am AOS from f-1 and married to USC. We got an RFE for I-864. I went ahead and mailed it yesterday and didn’t wait for the 2023 transcript (an agent from USCIS contact center recommended us to do it this way). Included: Statement (explaining what’s being included in the package and detailed explanation of the tax situation of having to paper file and due to the deadline we wouldn’t have enough time to get the ‘23 transcript) Original RFE 2023 1040’s(Federal and His state tax) 2023 W2’s Proof of taxes being mailed and delivered 2022 transcripts 2021 transcripts Letter from hr stating his annual income ( added $1000 due to the army) Copy of his ssn Birth certificate CAC card (shows pay rank and affiliation to the army) Paystubs from the army Honorable Discharge from the Marines (active duty from 21-22 in the Marines, added this to explain why his income was low in those years) Form I-864. Do you guys think this is enough? I hope this gets our case approved! I’m nervous.
  4. I already know what I have to do to keep F1 status. Have been here longer than I anticipated, I know the rules too well. I already discuss it with them. Thanks for your input.
  5. Also, I am a senior and have good academic record.
  6. I called and talk to the contact center and USCIS military line. Even if that means failing a class?
  7. Good morning, I’m adjusting status from F-1 visa. I married a USC. my EAD just got approved (Praise God). Interview has been waived. Only thing missing is respond to the RFE. I have been in school for a while (i had to switch colleges due to financial reasons which allowed me to continue my studies here in the States and follow the rules). i recently got a co-op with Mercedes which has been awesome. i transfer from a small christian school to a big state school. school has never been an issue to me, so i didnt think my new school was going to be hard. however, i have been struggling alot plus this whole immigration process has been hectic plus my husband is leaving for military duty plus working (school job). so its been a roller coaster which has made it hard for me to concentrate in school. Thanks be to God im only struggling in one class. however, i dont think ill be able to pull my grade up for i only have one month left. since i have to mantain my full time status, idk if its wise for me to terminate my f-1 status. i want to drop this class and retake it in the summer. dropping it wont affect my GPA and get to keep my scholarships. i dont want to get cocky and then something happens with my AOS. I am planning to continue in school and graduate. I just can’t take this class right now and summer is the best choice and I don’t have the money to substitute it. so with this background, what are your recommendations?
  8. hi, i am in a similiar case. i was wondering what you included? husband is a us citizen and i am AOS from f-1. we are not using a joint sponsor. he is in the army and makes above the poverty guidelines.
