  1. Thank you for the tips and advice! @SuninLA and @mail2n ✨✨ I was already home when I read your response 😭 but.. Yep! I passed!! Yahoo!!! 😁 The interview was easy. It took me maybe around 5-10mins. Phone is allowed but there are posters that taking photos and vids are prohibited. Super fast! I have to go back next Weds for the Oath taking. interview date: sept 17 USCIS office: Capitol Mall, Sacramento
  2. My interview will be tomorrow!!! Woot!! Woot!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Any last minute tips? Can I bring a bottled water? Can I bring my phone with me? Wish me luck 🩵🩵 Congratulations to everyone who passed!! ✨✨✨
  3. Thank you for answering my questions 😭😊✨✨
  4. I am applying under the 3 yrs rule. I don’t have any criminal charges (thank God) but.. I gave birth on 2022 and I think misplaced my expired EAD, 2 YR GC and Advance Parole Cards 😭😭 I only have my working GC here. Will that be a problem or not?
  5. Hi everyone!! I got a notice for my interview date which will be on Sept 17’th. I applied for my N-400 on March 28’th. I have been reviewing the 100 civics reviewer from the website but.. What documents should I bring on my interview? Aside from bringing my greencard and inteview notice I believe? Congratulations to everyone who passed and are now US citizens! ✨✨
  6. Estimated time until case decision approx. went down from 4 to 3 months. I hope this means something in reality
  7. I dont have answers about your queries but have fun lots of fun in the Philippines! We just went this March with a 15 month old for 2 weeks and it was fun~ ✨✨✨
  8. How would I know which field office I am? I have a friend, we live in the same county and had her interview at Folsom,CA. I am expecting to do it there too unless otherwise.. how about you?
  9. My case is still where it’s at since application, March 28’th. “Case is still Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS”. Is there anybody here who’s still waiting for interview? 😭
  10. Edit: Was it because I didn’t put my online access code on my N-400 form? Well, i didn’t know where to find them when I was filling it in. Now, I couldn’t see my case on my account. Does any body here experience the same thing?
  11. Hi! I haven’t been here in awhile but my case history and all doesn’t show when I first log in on my uscis account. Is this new? Do ya’ll experience this too? The only way I can check for my case is thru case status checking and have to manually type the receipt number. Filling Date: March 28, 2024
  12. Hi ya’ll! 👋🏼 I just sent my form in and I’m so excited!! 😁 Permanent Resident since: January 7, 2020 Filling thru 3 year Marriage Based
  13. How can I do it?.. thru N-400 form? If yes, what name should I use? The name I have in my passport or the name I have in all my US documents when I initially write my name on the form?
  14. I made a mistake with my name or names (?) as I would say. When I applied to renew for my Philippine passport, the embassy told me that I should use my maiden name as my middle name which is like the law from my home country and so they printed my passport like so (example: Teddy Rose Monk) and the passport is my one and only identification that have my name like it. But, the thing is I did not know that before I got married in the US. I have all my US driver’s license, greencard, and marriage certificate without a middle name (example: Teddy Monk) because I “thought” that its going to make it easier lol My question is: will that be an issue when I apply for my citizenship? What name/s should I use when I apply? Do I need to talk to an immigration lawyer for this? Because we didn’t with K1 visa and adjustment of status.. please help!!
