  1. You have to UPLOAD EVERYTHING. Doesn't matter if it has 10,000 pages. If you want her to get approved, UPLOAD EVERYTHING without any alterations or redactions. You're providing these documents to the US Government, not some random person. It's for your wife's own good. If you don't include everything, you will delay the entire process because they will send you a RFE asking you for more proof of bonafide marriage. Again, UPLOAD EVERYTHING. You don't even have to print it. Just upload the PDF online since you have the privilege of uploading things on your USCIS account unlike poor souls like me that can't upload anything and have to wait for the inevitable RFE to be able to submit more proof or print it and mail it, hoping it won't get lost.
  2. Careful with what USCIS customers support says. They're not employees for the airline. USCIS can say that you can use the copy but if the airline says you can't board with the copy then you won't be able to. Period.
  3. Did you receive the paper copy? Remember that is risky for her to travel with the downloaded version instead of the physical copy. If she tries to use the online version, is a gamble. She can be denied boarding and lose the money spent on the tickets. Regardless, let us know how it goes. Good luck!
  4. They never uploaded it for me. It took 12 days for me to receive the letter.
  5. Yeah, that's good! Congrats! You should be getting the receipt through mail within 2 or 3 weeks.
  6. I would recommend the original. I've read that some people tried using a printed copy and they got denied boarding by the airline staff at the airport.
  7. That's rough. I'm sorry all this has happened to you. Sadly, there's nothing you can do. Just wait until you get the extension letter by mail and then mail it to her to Japan through FedEx. You should receive it within 30 to 45 days. She will be able to return to the US with her green card and that letter. Before buying flight tickets, the first thing you should always do is check if your passport or green card is expired. For the I-751, USCIS sent me a reminder letter 120 days before the expiration of the green card. I got one through mail and through my online account.
  8. Based on what happened to me, I can tell you that you will have to wait at least 32 days. There will be no record of your case until they scan and process your documents. Trust me, I tried everything. Nothing showed up until they did. Did your wife's green card expired already? If it's still not expired she can travel without the receipt.
  9. Yeah, I already got my receipt. Check my previous comments on this post. After my I-751 package was delivered at the lockbox, it took 32 days for me to get the extension letter by mail.
  10. Another update. I just logged in to my USPS Informed Delivery account and I can see that the biometrics reuse notice is coming tomorrow. The letter has the return address from the NBC (Lee's Summit, MO) but it was actually mailed from Vermont (you can tell by looking at the stamp). It was mailed on April 10, which is a day after my case status changed to the infamous: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". I'm glad that I don't have to go to get my biometrics done again since the closest ASC is almost 2 hours away. Still nothing showing up available for download on my USCIS online account.
  11. Today I finally received my receipt notice. It says that my fee was waived so thankfully they approved my fee waiver. Now it's time to wait for either the biometrics waiver or the appointment.
  12. I just logged in to my USPS Informed Delivery account and I saw that my receipt notice is arriving tomorrow from California. According to the stamp, it was mailed on April 2, so it took 10 days to arrive. Still nothing available for download on my USCIS online account.
  13. Thank you! Sadly mine is California. That's what they said when I called USCIS.
  14. Congrats! Nothing here yet. Quick question: what's the processing center shown at the bottom of your receipt notice?
  15. Today my case status changed to the infamous: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". Still nothing available to see or download on my USCIS online account so I don't even know if they'll reuse my biometrics or not. No receipt yet.
  16. Thank you very much for your response. That's unfortunate. I was hoping to be able to download the receipt to renew my driver's license since they take so long to mail it. My driver's license expires this week.
  17. Hello everyone! I was wondering if any of you can see anything in the documents tab, like the receipt or the actual forms and/or evidence that you mailed. Nothing is showing up for me.
  18. I finally got it! It took exactly 21 days to get the case number for my I-751 with the fee waiver request. I logged into my online account this morning and found that my case had been added! They still have not sent the text or email notification. The Receipt Notice is still not available for download. I-751 Timeline: 03/09/24 - Mailed via USPS to Carol Stream, IL 03/11/24 - Delivered at Carol Stream, IL 04/01/24 - Case was added to my online account

  20. Same here. Mailed to Carol Stream, IL. They received mine 1 day after the earliest date from the USCIS calculator. I requested a fee waiver. I still haven't received anything.
  21. According to the USCIS instructions, they have to receive the I-751 application within the 90 day window before the GC expires. It doesn't say it has to be signed or mailed within those 90 days. I used the calculator from the USCIS website. My GC expires on June 8. According to the USCIS calculator, the 90 days started on Sunday March 10 so I signed it on Saturday March 9 and also put that same date and mailed it that same day. I knew USPS wouldn't deliver it on the same day, especially since the next day was a Sunday and they don't do Sunday deliveries. As expected, the package was delivered to the USCIS PO Box on Monday March 11 at 6:22 am. Sadly, a few days after I mailed my application I read on reddit that some people filed and mailed their application on the first or second day after the 90 day window opened and their package still got rejected for "filing too early" even though they actually mailed it within the 90 days. That's what has me worried. Most likely that's why I haven't gotten any news from them. It's been 2 weeks after it got delivered and I haven't received any text, nothing showing up on my online account and I've called several times and they always say: "Nothing is showing up on our system yet. You have to wait at least 30 days". So they probably rejected my application and are still processing the package to return it back to me. If I had read about that before, I would've waited a week or two after the 90 days started. But now it's too late.
  22. This really sucks because I mailed my application on March 9. The first date of my 90 day window was March 10. The application was delivered on March 11 so technically they received it within the required 90 day window. However, I've seen some people getting rejected for filing I-751 "too early" even though they filed it on the first or second day of the 90 day window. If they respond to my filing on May saying that I filed too early and reject it I would be down by almost 2 months. And if I have to refile on May and they take another 2 months and reject it again for maybe, an error, I'll be so screwed.
  23. I filed my I-751 with a fee waiver. I mailed it on March 9 and it was delivered on March 11. Today is March 24 and I still haven't heard from them. I'm worried.
