    Hello 👋🏽 filing taxes has been a pain. Spouse doesn’t have an Itin number and it’s impossible to get it unless he mails his passport to me or I take it with me to us which lawyer is advising against both. Accountant said he can file a paper return and write Non Resident Alien in place of the Ss#. He said these are taking about 5 months to get processed. If the i130 gets approved soon I’m gonna be screwed waiting for that return. Anyone dealing with this? Filing single instead of married?
