  1. If uscis approved you then it means they didn’t find any record of you, if they did, they would have sent you a RFE,
  2. 😂😂😂 please let me know if as for a K1 FTP works
  3. They say 2-3 weeks but it may take longer. mine took 15days
  4. Yes, they are going to my embassy, we have a chat group where we update each other and alot of people are getting their case sent over just 2weeks after being sent to nvc.
  5. Thank you! Hopefully I get it shipped next shipping date
  6. Patient is not a problem, my issue is why other cases that were way behind me getting sent over while mine remains there. it.
  7. This is the response i get , The National Visa Center (NVC) has received your petition from U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services. Your NVC case number is ————. Due to your petition type, you will not receive a request for fee payment or document submission. All case parties will be notified when this petition is forwarded to the assigned U.S. Embassy/Consulate General. For the most up to date information about the U.S. Embassy or Consulates current operating status, please visit their website at https://usembassy.gov. But my worry is why do other cases that have just been sent to NVC get transferred faster while mine remains there? For instance I know a January 2024 filler from my embassy who already have an interview date, their case was sent in less than 2weeks
  8. Anyone here who has had an experience with their case taking long at NVC, if so how long did it take? I am June 2023 filler I was approved at the end of march. I got my case number on 11 April. The status is “At Nvc ”, i have also done several inquiries and i keep getting the same response. I see people getting approved, their case get sent to nvc and with 2weeks they are sent over to the embassy, so why is mine taking this long 😒😒 If you have had the same experience please share.
  9. Hi, the group is for k1 beneficiaries in kenya, reach out with your beneficiary number so that i can forward it to the admin
  10. You really do not need the packet to book an interview, almost all people who had their case ready by 27th feb are already done with their interview and no one was returned because they didn’t receive the packet. But it’s upon you to decide if you want to wait or go ahead with scheduling the interview. Also the embassy automatically renews your I-797 since covid backlog.
  11. They will not, most people never receive If you never received the appointment when your case was ready until now then you will never receive it, and no they will not cancel your interview. please go ahead and click yes and schedule an appointment, (which is another hustle because you have to wait for slots to open, which could be anywhere from 1 week to months). We have a WhatsApp group with members who have gone through the process and now helping those who are in the process, your fiancé can join it.
  12. Depends with the embassy, our embassy (Nairobi) you schedule your self.
  13. I hope you got the answer , you don’t need an appointment letter go to the next stage, when your case is ready you can go ahead and as you schedule for an interview.
  14. We just received an update requesting RFIE, does this affect the process time for k-1?
