I was wondering if anyone can give me some insight on my husband’s IR-1 case. On February 12th my husband had his visa interview in the Amman, Jordan consulate and he was only given 221g for missing documents. They wanted him to send more pictures of our relationship, upload our daughters birth certificate on the NVC website, and they wanted him to send his I-864 form (we had a I-864 ez form that we had all the qualifications in order to fill it out and it was approved by the NVC) even though he had it in his interview. So we resent the I-864 ez form again. On February 21st they emailed him to pick up something from Aramex. He was given again the 221g form to have me fill out I-864 and they also sent him the white paper to fill out the 10 questions for administrative processing 😞. We already sent the administrative processing form and I’m almost done filing out i864 form I’m just waiting on my 2023 tax transcripts as I just filed my recent tax year. I’m just wondering if anyone has went through this process?
