  1. Sadly normal right now. They're stalling sending applications to NVC... Mine took almost 2 months for NVC to receive it.
  2. I had seen in a few different forums that USCIS skipped that week and most people from then are still waiting... 😥
  3. Omg!!! This is so exciting! Finally nearing the end of the journey! Congrats 🥳
  4. We just got our case number today from an inquiry I sent last week. Sent to State on October 2. You should be getting yours soon too, hopefully!
  5. Yes, it's too soon. Your NOA2 isn't behind others on average and you applied less than 6 months ago. It'll come soon.
  6. Mine was approved 1 day before you, if I hear anything, I'll let you know! Seems like our timelines are pretty similar. Hopefully seeing the others who have been sent to NVC means we will be there shortly too.
  7. Yeah, it seems to be a common theme recently. I was approved August 22 and haven't gotten a status update yet.
  8. We filed in February and just got our NOA2. USCIS is skipping cases and approving some from certain times very quickly and others much slower. But their goal is get applications done within 6 months, so you still have a bit of time before you will be considered out of normal processing. I'm sure you'll receive an answer shortly!
  9. Y'ALL!!! We got approved yesterday. My fiancé just showed me. Apparently they are working! We did not get an email though, we had to check the USCIS website.
  10. I think the only people where it will be fairly accurate for a while is those who filed late March - May. Those of us before, and those after are in limbo as USCIS isn't really processing applications as "first-come first-serve." Seems like the estimates will be messed up until they get back to normal processing.
  11. Yeah, they have stopped processing the new cases, definitely weird! I do hope it brings some relief to those of us in this specific group of filers, and those before us. Still can't wrap my head around WHY this timeframe has been untouched... Thanks for the insight! I know we will all be with our loved ones soon enough.
  12. They've probably done it because it's an election year. Apparently rhe K-1 isn't the only type of application where they've moved on to new cases and pushed old ones to the side. Now that the "average" time is lower, they can say "look how well we've done getting processing times down!" I still find our cases to be a strange exception though..
  13. Call USCIS and bug them. Skip the entire nightmare that is the customer service bot and say you need to "Reschedule an interview" and then say "interview" and you'll go straight to a real person. Maybe if enough people bring it to their attention they'll look into it. I know how federal emploeees can just easily forget things and sometimes don't have much oversight For all we know, it's a classic case of incompetence and they haven't even noticed yet
  14. Unfortunately, you fall into the same timeline as many others. USCIS is barely processing applications for that week and a half in late February/early March. In reality, it hasn't been very long..But it certainly enforces the fact that despite what they say, USCIS doesn't process applications from when they're recieved. All there is to do is wait.
  15. Trackmyvisa and similar tools use the official USCIS API available on the USCIS website. So it's official information.
