  1. It's another level of assistance with USCIS. They take on the more involved problems. When/if you need to call USCIS the person you initially speak to is Tier 1 and they will either be able to help you or they will submit the issue "up the ladder" to a Tier 2 office/agent. That can take at least up to 30 days. Mine was submitted June 7th and still waiting to hear from them.
  2. Unfortunately, still waiting for a Tier 2 agent to contact me. Hopefully by next week, it will be 30 days since the ticket was put in. I can't stress it enough everyone to make sure your application(s) are 100% correct! I would have been approved May 23rd if not for my screw up.
  3. Sorry for the delay. I received it through the mail a just a few days after my original notification.
  4. Re-submit the I-130? As far as the RFE goes, I'm not going to have any documentation for that because it's my wife's info they're asking for and it doesn't apply to her. I don't have any address to send anything to them, they want me to send it by FAX. Re-submit the I-130? 6. No, didn't go through an attorney. Probably wouldn't have this problem if we had though. She's never filed for B1/B2, she's never been married before. I did speak with another person at USCIS on Friday and she was so much more help than the guy I spoke with before that. I had explained to her everything that had happened and mentioned to her that I was given advice to have this sent to a Tier 2 (thanks Tom). So, she did put a ticket in for a Tier 2 agent to contact me, and now I wait for the call. I received the RFE in the mail on Sat as well. They gave me until Sept to submit, but I need to get it done like yesterday. The office in Montgomery, AL is the one that's supposed to be calling. Hopefully very soon.
  7. Yes, I received their RFE a couple of days ago. Apparently I put the information for my past marriage/divorce in the spot for my wife's information (she's never been married before) and now they are asking for her documents for marriage /divorce. I talked to a person at USCIS yesterday and there's nothing they can do to change it. He recommended an immigration attorney to correct it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Can someone tell me how I will receive the RFE that USCIS is requesting? Their message to me was that the request was sent on the 31st? Will that come through the mail /FedEx? Thanks
  9. Yes, I'm the 11th. They just said the request was sent yesterday (31st) and would explain what they needed. I'm assuming the request was sent through the mail hopefully FedEx. I wish I did know so I could prepare it this weekend. Hopefully by Mon/Tues I'll know something.
  10. You guys should hear on Monday. I did finally hear from USCIS yesterday asking for more evidence for whatever reason which I have no idea what it could be. Here's to more waiting. Good luck to you.
  11. I filed May 11,2023, still waiting. My approval date on my timeline is May 19th.... Hoping 🤞🤞
  12. I filed our I-130 May 11,2023 and according to the timeline should be approved May 16-19 (hopefully) I know it's not written in stone. My wife is Filipina and working in Hong Kong. Assuming that her interview will be at the consulate there in Hong Kong, does anyone have any idea of a time frame for interviews? Also, what is the process following the interview? Thanks
  13. After 7 months we got to a week, then got the "taking longer than expected". The following week the time was pushed back 9 months.
  14. How long is the typical wait time for interview after receiving the NOA2? Also, my wife is Filipina and works in Hong Kong. Would she go to the US Consulate there in Hong Kong for her interview? Thank you
