Thanks for your reply Yeah, that's what I've been reading... However it's not even being tagged as administrative processing but refused. Looking for anyone with a similar experience, specially in Paris to have an ideia regarding the waiting time from anyone who been through this in Paris.

Last week I had my US visa interview for the VISAs B1/B2/C1/D1 in Paris. I'm a dual passport holder (one European) with B1/B2 in the non European passport , however due to job requirements I need the VISAs in the European one. The interview was quite fast, however during it the officer mentioned that someone with a very similar name as mine had some a legal/criminal issues. Still the VISAs were approved as per the Officer words. However today I just found on the tracking system it's stated as Refused . By some internet research it looks it's under administrative processing. Anyone had this experience before? Any idea of the waiting time for this and what can be done about it? I need the passport for a work trip in two weeks... Thanks in advance
