    I did everything today and sent it with all my supporting documents. I don't want to waste no time.

    I am the petitioner for a fiancé visa 129f. I mistakenly answered question 4a no. It asks if you have ever been arrested or convicted. I misread it. I understand if I had checked yes and provided court records this would not have been an issue. But I checked no and filed it 3 days ago. Will I be denied or will they allow me to explain if they see it on the background check?
