Hello, starting today, I am planning to apply for a K-1 visa in my country with my fiancé who is a U.S. citizen (Petitioner).
I am encountering some difficulties from the very beginning, so I have a couple of questions:
Petitioner (my fiance):
Regarding the address and employment history for the past 5 years, if there have been frequent changes in both addresses and workplaces,
and there is not enough space to list them, should my fiancé list them ALL in Part 8 instead?
What about the petitioner stayed at a friend's house for a few months during a move, spent a few months in Korea,
and temporarily resided elsewhere. Should he include these places as well? Does he need to be precise with the dates? If not, what should do?
There are too many places that should be listed and also he can't remember them all. We are worried if these details might cause problems later on.
Beneficiary (myself) :
On the other hand, I don't have a job history for the past 5 years. However, I worked as a freelancer briefly five years ago.
Would it be okay if I don't include this freelance work?
