I talked to one of the USCIS representatives who told me to send a letter explaining the situation and add the missing information there. I sent the correction letter to USCIS today to add the missing information and explain the clerical error. I received an application number and they found my file. Luckily they haven't reviewed my application yet. I will add the information when I get to the DS-160 stage for sure.

I paid a preparer company to help me fill out and complete my K1 visa petition and I noticed they did not add my Fiance's children information in the application. The petition was submitted to USCIS last week. My fiance's children are not coming to the U.S. What should I do? Can I add this info later on in the DS-160 application? Please helppppp
