    Is there a timeframe for that after the marriage? we’re planning to get married this June, and I might go back to the Philippines on 2025. I guess we’ll have to wait a year to be together in the same country.

    Is it required to meet after the marriage even if we met before? Since I also grew up in the Philippines and we’ve spent a year there and we’ve been together for almost 2 years.

    Thanks! After 5 years, I just got here last year. Is the processing will take years to be approved? If that so, should I wait to become a citizen and petition my partner? Since I read somewhere that spouse visa if married to an usc is faster for approval than LPR, right?

    My partner (Filipino) and I (LPR) is planning to get married this year through Utah County online marriage since same-sex marriage isn't recognized in her country. Is it possible that I can petition her?
