    Fiance Ex-wife died recently do we still need to get death certificate for requirements

    Hi, I am just new here and still gathering information on what I need to process a K1 visa and I stumbled into the Death certificate as a requirement. The thing is they have already been divorced for a long time but recently his ex-wife died so do we still need to acquire a death certificate or just the divorce decree? Can somebody enlighten me in this area thank you
