Sorry I meant to say visit her family and be able to return to her life here, she wants to maintain her life in the U.S but have the freedom to go to Colombia and back

Hi thanks for responding, yes she got a student visa, however she is currently still taking classes and is working without current authorization and honestly I do hope to be married to her in the future but this is years from now as we are still building our lives. But i want her to get her green card as soon as possible so she can visit her family in Colombia

Hi, my name is Daniel At the moment my girlfriend, Victoria had overstayed her visa and we have only been together for a 1 year however we have no legal documents to show we are married if were to and I don’t know how serious the government is about fraud marriages but I also want her to be able to live here and wait to actually get married and make a home but we have no money to do so. I am seeking advice to what I can do any advice I will truly be grateful for. Thank you Victoria is studying English in a community college school, working in software testing, 32 (where as I am 19, in community college, and in construction), arrived with a tourist visa, and has not committed any crimes here nor in Colombia, and has college education in her country as an accountant.
