Submit the new DS160, it will give you a new barcode/letters. Thats the new info you will provide to customer service or on the feedback form. Here's a walkthrough (sorry not in English) but its the most straight forward I could find.
-
You're absolutely fine. Create the new DS160 just how you did it the first time. Then since you guys have an interview already, you must submit a Feedback on the website or call them to have DS160 update barcode updated on your application. Do not Close and Start a new application cos you will lose your booked appointments.
-
No need to pay, you just have to create a new DS160 and that will invalidate the current one. First name: Mary Middle: Ortiz Last: Rodriguez

Got an update a few minutes ago that USEM received the passport. 👏🏻 Ceac still refused but at the same time glad the docs made it safely 😂😂😂 Alright, here comes the ULTIMATE and FINAL BOSS LEVEL WAITING GAME! 😂
-
VAC! 💪🏻 Embassy will receive the docs after a day. I sent mine via LBC Saturday and still hasn't arrived. Ughhh. Haha!

Visa and medical are only valid for 3 months (from the release date of last MTB culture) for those who undergone sputum and DOT.
-
I'm sorry to hear about your father-in-law I've been there, I know how challenging it is. About your questions - Most estimates I could find online have the embassy issuing a visa within 4 weeks, but I couldn't find anything solid on this - there are no solid timelines indeed. Based on Facebook pages and group chats 4-6 weeks at least for visa issuance. Some advised that if there's no movement after 2 weeks, you can follow up. Plenty of applicants call the embassy every day and eventually got their visas 😅 It's our understanding that within a week SLEC will electronically forward medical clearance to the embassy. - You will receive another email from slec RE: Submission of visa medical report then you can drop the passport, pink slip, the document submission form and a screenshot of that email to VAC in Parqal or authorized LBC partners. Her visa will expire 3 months from the day her culture results were released.

What’s next after NOA2?
maryaaaa replied to wangaturtle's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
NVC send cases every 2 weeks per batches. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html I don't want to give you false hopes but I really hope it will be included on the next shipment schedul! I read comments here with NVC's responses to public inquiries about longer processing/wait time its hard to tell all we can do is just wait and keep checking on those date. I -
Certified Copies of Court Documents
maryaaaa replied to Sophie F's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
It was really sad. So yes, CFO and the police clearance is one of the hottest topics nowadays along with the interview availability and a month or so delay of visa issuance (due to interview completed while waiting for sputum results). Although I have the court docs, I would still ask my fiancé to get that FBI rap sheet for $50 😪 and avoid further delays. Can't afford to have more delays after the DOT experience lol -
Certified Copies of Court Documents
maryaaaa replied to Sophie F's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Initial filing of I-129F. The embassy didn't ask for it during my interview nor the I-134. They ask about these at CFO. If petitioner has previous arrests, they ask for police clearance or any document equivalent proving the cases were expunged, dropped or closed. Most applicants submitted FBI rap sheet. I also called CFO to clarify this and was told it depends upon the counselor if they will ask or not. Most of them do though based on recent filer's experiences. It actually almost seems that CFO is much strict than USCIS and embassy after the case of the Filipina unalive by her husband in Slovania. -
Certified Copies of Court Documents
maryaaaa replied to Sophie F's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
My fiancé received a scanned certified copy from the court and emailed to me then printed. The raised dry seal was visible. I guess they updated their policy or something. I hope they can do the same for all doc for "filing" purposes because its cost effective. Hehehe. -

Hi, You can submit a public inquiry as early as 2nd week from NOA2 receipt to get the case number. I remember sending PI every 2 days. Hahaha. My friend found a trick that seemed to work for others. They submitted the public inquiry Friday Manila 6pm which is technically Friday morning in the US. First hour shift of caseworkers hehe so your inquiry goes on top of the list and will likely get a response sooner than 48 hours. Sharing NVC shipment dates. The dates in yellow are the dates NVC ship files to the embassies. Rooting for In Transit soon for everyone! 🙂 -
Hi @Sophie Peralta sorry I missed this. Casual will do. Jeans or slacks, shirt, blouse. No slippers. Closed shoes.

Yayyyyy! 👏🏻 Congratulations!! 🎊 I meant to send this today but I got busy with the immunization at St. Lukes.

Form I-134 edition 11/09/23
maryaaaa replied to KJ2024's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Check USCIS for the updated form, transfer data and signature can be digital. Mine went well digitally signed, plus the embassy didn't really ask for I-134 at the interview. -
OR... If you can go to Manage Appointment or Manage Application; find the booked biometrics and take a screenshot of the details (date, time etc) and take it to the embassy too as proof that you did secure one.
-
Biometrics will be cancelled by the system if there are no booked Consular appointments OFC calendar will show first before Manila IV. When is your interview? I mean how soon? Embassy is aware of scheduling concerns so what I can suggest is print this page that shows no Slots available and take it to the embassy along with your NVC appointment letter. There are people who went there and were accommodated and had their biometrics taken at the embassy.
-
Biometric calendar will show first. When booked, that's the only time calendar of consular interview will show. However, the system will automatically cancel the booked biometrics schedule if you weren't able to secure consular interview at the same time.
-
Congratulations on the slots! - Printed Ds160 - Passport and a photocopy of bio page - Appointment Confirmation (all pages) - K1FTP/NVC Letter (or any correspondence that shows your MNL case) Electronics are not allowed so bring a companion or rent a locker just by the basement parking 150 for 3 hours.

Agree, no need to disclose her medical condition on the initial filing. Past and current medical conditions will be discussed during her medical. -
