  1. We have a similar case, I included my divorce decree, birth certificate and marriage certificate with my ex-husband. On the form, there is a box there where you put other names, aka or nicknames you used in the past. If you do have one, proof of legal name change is required which is marriage certificate. My visa was approved on 02/24.
  2. Congratulations! I noticed lots of visa were updated to ISSUED last night. I guess they're batch updating? We'll keep track and find out soon.
  3. Only two calendars will pop up. OFC Post - MNL OFC for biometrics appointment at Parqal Consular - for Embassy interview Here the videos that served as my guide: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/18KTviyBT1/
  4. Here: Apologie, I had a hard time getting the link on web from old conversations. I will put the QR too in case the link wont work. https://m.me/ch/AbbzTu3-RvLry4zw/?send_source=cm:copy_invite_link
  5. My friend told me the opened slots on 02/05 and 02/26 but didn't last long. I booked mine around 8am. Still check and noticed they open at 8, 10, and 2pm. I suggest join these messenger group chats looking out for slots and updating fellow applicants.
  6. Did ours on MS Word. Started with a cover page with photo of us and lil bit of love story background. HAHA Then a bulleted list of what's on the file. Started from chats before flying in to see me, airline confirmation, his boarding pass, hotels/Airbnb and restaurant reservations. A photo or two for each date and short description and who else was in the photo of us if there's any. We included remittances, gifts we sent each other etc.

  8. Fictional at the moment
  9. Mine was filed in Indiana and clerk of the court sent me a copy with dry seal stamp and wet ink signature. Took us a week to receive and 2 weeks to arrive in Manila via DHL.
  10. That's the same issues all applicants been having for over a month now at least.
  11. They also asked for my COVID 19 vaccination certificate on top of the vaccination card. However, the old website doesn't seem to work anymore. https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/ Did a little research. You can try this: Vaccination certificate (VaxCert) with QR Code
  12. Love this! You're ready for the next step!
  13. Anything correspondence that shows your MNL case #. Here's what I used, along with K1 FTP and MRV fee receipt. Mainly they only looked at the passport, appointment confirmations and DS160.
  14. I rescheduled this to 03/05. Apparently, SLEC is really strict with following the 8week period. Lolll.
  15. !! UPDATE !! Biometrics: Jan 27, 2025 Interview: Feb 24, 2025 - Passed! 🙂 I'm on 221g though due to pending medical results. Consul gave me a copy of IMBRA pamphlet and pink slip which tells the next step when medical is completed. End of treatment MTB culture is out on March 5, I'm also booked for repeat medical that day! 😌 Feel free to reach out if you have questions!
  16. Here's what I brought. Im K1. BIOMETRIC: DS160 (K1) / DS260 Apointment Confirmation (biometrics and consular) K1FTP (K1) NVC Letter/Interview Eligibility letter But to be honest they only look at the DS160 and appointment confirmation. MEDICAL DS160/DS260 Appointment confirmation email from SLEC with barcode Covid 19 vaccination card 2 2x2 photos Interview appointment confirmation (if none, you can sign a waiver at SLEC) Passport Photocopy of Passort Biopage K1 FTP
  17. Did they say when is her immunization? When is her interview if I may ask?
  18. She can still proceed with the interview. There are LOT of K1 who tested positive on IGRA and was immunized. SLEC explained that it means the mycobacterium is "dormant" or "sleeping" and advise them to stay healthy and try not to get sick. Yes, USEM will notify you for the next steps.
  19. The embassy is aware of this situation, and it has been like this for nearly a month now Some proceeded with the interview and was able to do biometrics at the embassy in exchange for a lil bit of nag from the staff 😪 Just bring that screenshot as a proof that there's no slot available. I hope they open slots soon so you can secure ♥
  20. With all delays recently, the best thing you could do is deal with the medical first. If your fiancé is cleared, (not subject for sputum) biometrics can be done any time after she receive her medical results. Worst case scenario: If applicant is subject for sputum (8-10weeks for the MTB culture results) -- The best course of action is to set her biometrics and interview on or after the 10th week to avoid 221g for pending medical results which could also significantly delay the visa issuance. I've seen cases from the group chats wherein biometrics was captured in the morning then interview in the afternoon.
  21. Applies for both CENOMAR and ADVISORY OF MARRIAGES
  22. St. Lukes https://slec.ph After and interview and no 221g, it could take a week or less for the visa to come.
  23. Quick question. We sent court documents during the K1 filing that proves DUI charges were dropped 20 years ago. You think that would suffice in lieu of FBI rap sheet which cost $50 lol
