I think marry is the best option. Another long waiting Do I need to do a traditional wedding or can go to court and get marriage license when I visit her again? or they need to see wedding pic etc and marriage license is not enough?

My fiancee got denied for K1 visa. We engaged two days after I arrived in Cambodia, so the consulate said we engaged too fast. #######. Consulate handed a one sheet with "x" mark on section 221g. Not asking for additional documents. This is unethical. Please help, What should we do now? I am clueless.

Hi all, On July 26, I signed and mailed all latest documents to my fiancee and delivered Aug 1st. These are the items I gave her and signed 7/26 Original I-134 Employment verification letter Bank verification letter 2023,2022,2021 W2 and Tax transcript May, June, July paystub and bank statement Passport Biographic page Intent to marry within 90days My concern is since her interview is Sept 19, do I need to email her my August paystub, Aug bank statement, and a latest "intent to marry within 90" letter? Or all the signed documents back in July 26 should be good?

Oh I guess you might have misunderstood my issues. Registration went was ok. The issue was because I login so many times, the website blocked me and had to wait 72hrs. Yes.

Hope someone can help. My K1 NOA2 is expiring Sept 30,2024. Yesterday, my fiancee paid visa fee at the branch per instruction but now ustraveldocs is frozen my account and need to wait 72hrs. Last time I checked, the first available appointment is Sept 19. I scare after 72hrs, no available appointment before Sept 30. What should I do? Who do I email to extend NOA2 expiration date? To answered my own question: U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh will email package 3 to petitioner.

Would anyone know if Package 3 send to US Petitioner or to Beneficiary in Cambodia? MY case is now "Ready".

On the NVC timeframes it stated, "After creating your case, we will send you instructions for processing, as well as a Welcome Letter that includes your Case Number and Invoice ID. You will use these numbers to log into our Consular Electronic Application Center" Am I suppose to get a Welcome Letter? So far I did not get anything besides email from NVC k1 FTP letter attached in the email. The letter just saying case mail to Cambodia consulate and case number. On I-129F, I put my fiancee's daughter in the form, why I don't see her name in NOA2 and in NVC K1 FTP letter? Now that the status is "In Transit", should I ask my fiancee and fiancee's daughter (5yrs old) to make appointment for medical checkup and criminal record? As for signed I-134, signed and supporting documents, can I email to my fiancee since the mailing in Cambodia is very bad? Or they need original? Letter certifying to marry with 90 days when arrived in USA, can I emailed the signed letter with most recent date? Or they need original? When can I file DS-160 for each person? Thank you!

hi, my case is finally updated to "In-Transit - Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center." Where can I find the interview date? The email I got today from NVC didn't give interview date.

finally got email from NVC. Check the status and it's now "In Transit"

I look at the nvc timeline and it stated "Current case creation time frame: As of 8-Jul-24, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 19-Jun-24." I still did not get nvc case number yet. USCIS sent since 6/7/24. I don't see anywhere it quoted up to 60 days to generate nvc case number unless i overlooked or it's in a different link from nvc timeframe?

USCIS mail NOA2 to NVC June 7th but until now NVC haven't receive it. Using Public Inquiry and they said nothing received. Should I email to this address, NVCResearch@state.gov? Thanks!
