125% poverty level

My fiancée had an interview and wanted IRS transcript for 2022 and I only made $34000 does Manila Philippines usually deny Visa for income in that bracket. It is above 125% poverty level but just concerned with my income being kinda low. But I am self employed so I expense off lots of my bills. But bottom line is what they want to look at. Anyone get denied for low income but still above the 125% poverty level thank you for anyone that has been in this situation.
