I am an Indian H1B visa holder (Indian born) with approved I-140 (Priority date is July 2021). I marry to Myanmar citizen (Myanmar born), currently she is on my dependent H4 visa. Can I file for me and my spouse Green card (I-485) on "Cross-Chargeability" condition taking benefit of my spouse's country of birth, which is current for EB2 category.
