I never heard anything back , check never cashed out, too. I just think that because I submiitted I 130 and I485 separated that 's why my process is quite slow. If I start over here in US, process will be faster. I ve seen a lot people got approved in a month or two. My case is pretty straightforward, too.

I am here in USA as a tourist visa. But I see so many people here submitted everything together and got processed so fast like a month or two. That's why I want to restart AOS process here in USA

Hi everyone I would like to hear your thought on this. my timeline: ▶️September 25, 2023 recieved NOA1 for I 130 ▶️April 1, 2024 AOS package delivered to Chicago ( on cashed out, no text , no NOA) My question is : Should I cancel my I130 process in September last year and restart to AOS concurring file? I saw people process so fast when they are filing AOS package altogther. the waiting game start to be frustrated to me. I ve been married to USC for 15 years with 2 children. We lived outside USA together for the past 10years . However, my case should be the most straightforward case yet taking so long. Thank you for your opinion

I am not sure how to make the payment for all those forms. 1.In case I do G-1450 Credit Card Authorization form, Do I have to submit the G-1450 for each form or it can be included in one form? 2.How much does it cost since I already paid for I-130? I am applying for Adjustment of my status in USA., married with US citizen for 14 years I am not sure which category should I fill? I have looked up for the i 765 eligibility list from this link https://www.uscis.gov/employment-authorization and I didn't find anything that match. Thank you in advance

May I ask about I -130 form that I filed online couple months ago. I just found out that I put the wrong signature. I accidentally put the beneficiary signature in the petitioner fill in the I 130. All other fill was correct. How should I fix this?

Sep 22, 2023 filing I-130 online Sep 28 2023 receipt of NOA 1 Nebraska service center December 24,2023 enter USA on tourist visa (I used to have green card and decided to return it because We lived outside US. for the last 10 years) My husband and 2 children are U.S.Citizen. . We decided to return to USA for my children to start school here. . However regarding to my kids situation, they can't stay in USA without me, while I go back to my country to wait for my interview. I really want them to continue their school in USA. So I and my husband want to change from consular processing to AOS in USA. I entered US. with return ticket and NOA1 (never been asked at the immigration). I plan to stay in US. only for 5 months and will return to my country to wait for my IR1 interview. my question is 1. Is it possible to change from consular processing to AOS in USA.? 2 What is the process? 3.Will my case be delayed ? 4. I only entered USA for one month. Will It raise any red flags? when is the best time for me to start AOS process.? Thank you in advance
