  1. Hello everyone, I hope you're all in good health. I'm currently filling out the DS-260 form on my own and have encountered some issues and confusion. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving them. Address Issue: I’m unable to enter the full name of my province/state due to a character limit. The form cuts off the name at "Islamabad Capital Ter." Should I use the abbreviation "ICT" instead, which stands for Islamabad Capital Territory? Could this cause any problems? Social Media Accounts: One of my social media accounts was hacked, and despite appealing to X, I couldn't recover it. Should I still mention this account on the form? The hacker hasn’t posted anything publicly, but I’m unsure if they’ve done anything privately, like sending messages. If I list the account handle, any malicious activity will be attributed to me. Zip/Postal Code: For some addresses, I can’t find the zip or postal code. Is it acceptable to check the "Does not apply" box? German Characters: Since we must use English characters, how should I write German letters like "ä," "ö," and "ü"? Should I replace them with "a," "o," and "u," or use "ae," "oe," and "ue"? Occupation: I’m currently a student and also work part-time. I selected "Student" as my primary occupation. Should I add my part-time job as a separate occupation? The form doesn’t allow me to list it under previous employment because it requires specific start and end dates, and I’m still employed. Educational Institutes' Addresses: I can’t find the exact addresses for some of my educational institutions, only general area information. Is it acceptable to list a broad address? Attendance Dates: For past education, I don’t know the exact attendance dates. Should I use approximate or typical dates? As I’m completing this form on my own, I'm relying heavily on VisaJourney. Your help would be invaluable, as I can’t afford any delays due to errors on the form. Thank you.
