  1. Hi! My mom just recently underwent this process! First things first, you have to register in their website which seems to be down/unable to be accessed on weekends. You have two options, doing in person or doing it online. Once you have made a reservation for one, you cannot make a reservation for another. We tried booking an in person training for my mom to get something secured before we try the online one and it wouldn’t let us change it unless we cancelled the in person appointment. The only way to cancel is to call their office. I tried emailing their email published in their website, no response. The Manila Office contact number always go to answering machine and cuts off when you try speaking to an operator. We finally tried their phone number for their other offices in Cebu and Davao. Finally, Davao picks up the phone and was very helpful. They cancelled the appointment for us. Now we had to make an appointment for the virtual training. You have to be early, it opens 7am and they only have limited spots. A few hours later, all the spots were taken and it asks you to try again the next day. To register, you need to upload PDF copies of your visa and passport. Then when you successfully register, a CFO officer is assigned to you and they email you directly, asking for you to email your passport and visa again. Then they schedule your training. They send you a Zoom link. You attend the training and you are instructed to wait for them to email payment instructions. My mom never got an email and 3 days later we called the Davao office again. She was informed she was marked “absent”. She explained that she attended the entire training. They asked her to email proof of attendance. MAKE SURE YOU GET PHOTOS OF YOU PARTAKING IN THE VIRTUAL CLASS. She was also asked who her instructor was. We emailed them copies of her photos from the class, showing her face in the screen. They finally emailed us a link to payment. Then we paid though credit card. And now we are stuck again. They say it will take another 24 hours before we actually receive her certificate. But this has been nothing but frustrating. Absolutely no clear step by step instructions and worse, it’s so hard to reach the office in charge for those provinces without a physical office close by. Good luck on your process, hope it’s better!
  2. Hi everyone! I’m here to ask if any of you have gone through sputum test and scheduled your interviews around the same time your result was released. My mother just recently finished her sputum test and is asked to come back on April 4. I was hoping to find her an interview schedule around April 10, considering processing days, to save her the hassle of traveling back and forth to Manila. We have never cancelled or rescheduled any appointments, so by any chance that she tests positive and will not be able to proceed with the interview, we can just cancel the appointment. I guess the main question is how soon after the sputum test result can she get her interview done? Is three business days enough time?
