I am petitioning my mom and we're currently in NVC stage. She had a petty larceny charge 8 years ago while on a tourist visa here in NYC. Since then, she hasn't been in any trouble and is living in our home country. How do we get a police clearance/certificate of conduct when she's outside of US? We only have the case disposition on hand, will that be enough?
