basically what the title says. Does evidence of him coming to America or any of the details pertaining to his work visa in the past need to be included in the initial filing packet? Or is this something that he will need to show himself later on in the process down the line, after the initial packet. I know that on page 6, 38.a in the I-129F form, it asks about the I-94 arrival departure number, etc...but the top of this section says to only fill out those parts if the beneficiary is CURRENTLY within the US. I'm just a bit confused what I should or shouldn't include regarding his previous time in the US in the initial filing packet!

What do you mean to use your home address if it's on the W2? Are you referring to being self employed? But if the W2 says the headquarters address/company name, but you put the name of the store and physical location you actually worked at, then that's fine, you're saying?

In the employment section of the I-129F, for employment history addresses, should the physical location of the place you worked at be the name of the company as well as the address, or should it be the name and address that is on your W-2 (obviously being the headquarters and not where you worked)? Especially for large chain corporations where this difference is the case. Kind of not finding a direct answer anywhere I look. Thanks!
