  1. I believe after Jan. 20th appointments for Spouses/children under 21 of US citizens under Consular Processing will advance faster because a lot of family based applications that fall under the Visa Bulletin, K1 visas etc will be put on hold/delayed/cancelled like Trump adm. did last time. What you guys think?
  2. Can I ask how long it took you to get an appointment in Germany after being Document qualified?
  3. I’ve had 2 other cases in Juarez and never waiting 1 year. Not even during COVID shutdown.
  4. The wait is 2 to 3 months after your case is DQ. You don’t wait that long for the Mexican Embassy in Juarez.
  5. There was an April 3 approval on the Lawfully app. Their application date was late March 2023. Spouse lf US citizens/Potomac. Transferred from CA.
  6. I did it and it didn’t help. I believe that was a strategy that hat was previously used and worked. Now they told me that USCIS would merge the application ms and go by the I130 timeframe.
  7. You can try. You just never know with immigration. Mine was denied for Humanitarian Reasons. My husband lives in a border state (US/MX). I told them how unsafe is for me to travel there due to the violence and I was denied.
  8. I agree that only applies to US proceedings. When they want to know about other countries they are specific on their questions.
  9. Mine was also transferred without notice from Nebraska to Potomac. You don’t loose anything by submitting an expedite request. They might approve.
  10. Hello, I am also waiting for approval. My current status is “case taking too long, will communicate if they need anything”. My case started in Nebraska but moved to Potomac. I also filed a I-129F (for spouse) a couple of weeks later due to the believe it would expedite my I-130, but this not happened. I can directly email the case worker for my I-129F on 2/14/23 to ask about my case since it’s past the processing times. Good luck everyone 🍀 Receipt date 4/26/23
