    Hi everyone! I’ve been lurking on here but I finally decided to join! My fiancé and I were figuring out the cr1 and we are planning on me going to visit him, marry, and then go home to apply for the cr1. Now I was wondering how that would go… do I tell the immigration officers I’m visiting my fiancé or do I tell them I’m here to marry and then return home? If I say I’m visiting my fiancé and they further question could I get in trouble for not telling them right away? I’m worried that they think I might stay after marrying which is not the case obviously. What can I tell them to prove I’m not?
