1-130 Petition for Alien Relative

I sent in I-130 and waited about 11 months for approval and then I received I-797 notice of action so i filled I-485 and sent it to USCIS. Now about a week back I received my I-485 document back saying Notice type Rejected Notice.

The payment amount is incorrect, or has not been provided.

Note when I sent i485 back I didn’t not include the payment it than why they rejected my case?.
How do I resolve this case?. How do I pay the fees and what the total fees if any?.
